True fact. I picked up one of the Rays F1 wheels at the SEMA show, amazing how light they are. Reduced unsprung weight and rotating mass is the "Holy Grail".

hehe... You guys all noticed and none of the R*nnlisters did! Kudos to the TeamSpeeders! Simple answer, I had a set of PCCB take-offs on the shelf and replaced the heavy steel frisbees On .2 it is a direct swap.

The Rays are 19 3/4 front and 22 lbs rear for the Formula Silver. By my calculation that is about 19 lbs in total weight saving vs OE wheels?

 

I like the design and the fact that they are lighter. Im just not a fan of the shiny "color". Otherwise aswsome car!

That is a superb set of wheels! RAYS Engineering has really pushed on into the European scene with their involvement in ALMS, F1, Porsche Motorsport, etc.
