Rest assured, if it's a CA car, it will be MSRP plus a premium
Quick scan of Autotrader/Cars.com shows many "available" for a premium. You can't believe how many 4.0's are "committed" to original buyer but MAY be available to ME for only $XX above MSRP. In the market for an RS, I get at least 3 calls per week letting me know they have a car for me...of course at a premium.

Correct, MSRP on that car is $199k
But they will be quick to tell u that there is a line a mile long blah blah blah and they are accepting offers OVER MSRP, and currently at +$30k. PS have a nice day
