Smile New EVOMSit 2011 GT3RS Software Released

Hi guys,
We are happy to announce our latest performance package for 2010-2011 GT3RS models.

With the latest dyno testing and software tuning we did in conjunction with EVOMSit in Arizona on our 2011 997 GT3RS project car, our software and exhaust bypass combination yielded an additional 16 RWHP at the peak and 13 ft/lb torque measured at the wheels on EVOMS' dyno in Tempe, Arizona.

The software also includes remapping of the e-gas electronic throttle pedal ("EVOMSit Sport Pedal") for drastically sharper input, and “throttle delay”, a common complaint among enthusiasts is eliminated.

Here is a dyno chart (lowest graph is baseline, middle graph is with exhaust only, upper graph is with exhaust and software):

For more info on the tuning process please see this page:

Now throw an RS 4.0 airbox and conical filters on there and see what happens...

Hey Sharky, find a RS 4.0 and see if EVOMS can tweak anything extra out of it.

Getting 5.8% drivetrain loss based on your stock numbers vs factory. Sound about right? So the upgrade is putting out around 467hp at the flyhweel?

Looks like healthy HP bump from 6,800rpm to redline and torque surpassed stock numbers about 1,000 RPM earlier.

Can't wait to see what happens when you upgrade the other side (airbox/filters). I guess in theory you should get close to 470hp from the 3.8 with these additional changes based on AP's comments.

RS 4.0 cats and new manifold would be the last pieces of the puzzle without cracking open the motor.

That'd help for sure and I want to go down that route Drive train loss is about that yup.
