TPC Racing : 2 Cup Cars + 2 Blitzkriegs take to the Glen!
This season we have been doing a lot of work with pro coaching along with the help of David Murry and Group52. This week we are taking to the Glen with 3 client cars and our IMSA GT3 Challenge car(in prep for lime rock). Will be doing updates in this thread when my guys return with lots of nice footage and pics of the event.
The 2 997s are both very quick cars driven by very quick clients. Both are full Blitzkrieg cars w/ a lot of suspension work and aero work.
Car 1:
2008 997 GT2. We recently sold our 2008 GT2 in favor of 2 more cars which will be debuting this fall and early next spring. This GT2 features proprietary spring changes while keeping the standard PASM system along with a custom ramped Guard Diff. The client previously owned a 2007 Cayman S turbo and a 2009 Cayman S. This will be the first event with the blitzkrieg power levels.

Car 2:
I have posted this car up before. We recently completed a GT2 Front end conversion and a rear GT3RS like wing to work with the factory turbo airbox(which is retained w/our blitzkrieg system).
I posted these pictures before :

And the two cup cars, the newer car is an '08 and the older is a 2000:

Some video of the 36.2 in action.

Will be updating this thread and updating our facebook page with specifics from the event. Looking forward to cutting up some good and fast footage

Here is just a quick update from today.
We all had a great time out at Watkins Glen with Group52! There was a large turnout with a lot of the cars being trucks built for oval tracks (different from the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series) so not only were we fortunate to run from 8am to 3pm on the full course, we got to run the short course (the NASCAR track) from 3pm-4:30pm.
While a lot of the drivers of the cars we are supporting have had a lot of track time at Watkins Glen, a few have not. It was great to have everyone out there and everyone got up to speed very quickly! It was nice to go out with two other people you know you can run with and just have fun out there but also work with the chassis setup.
We are still figuring out the setup on our 36 TPC Racing / Teamspeed.com car for our next IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge race at Lime Rock and Mike is really making progress with the car.
Here are a few pictures from today, but more photos and videos to come when we get back to the shop.

I love it, that with the GT2RS front and it looks like the spy mock-ups we made for the GT2RS years ago, great stuff!
