4k I'd bet for a wrap when you work with a design.
I don't know the designer maybe he costs more because of his name but the wrap and designing process is easy on the computer with the right company making the wrap.

Not sure but I believe the orange car is a gen II. Other pictures show that it has the gen II rear lights.
