Right... and he also mentions being happy to "have one of these at home" in the very beginning of the vid.

Correct... this is the car you can drive if you sign up for the GT Experience at Silverstone.

This is marks car, and he certainly did pay for it. He uses the training facilities at silverstone hence the video, I had lunch with him about a year ago , really nice guy used to have a 997 turbo so clearly a big Porsche fan.
