Those are the rules. We have to drive with the windows down unfortunately..
There's no logic to it, car manufacturers want windows closed on impact and race cars without windows require window nets!?

That`s really strange.. Where i live you get black flagged if you have your windows down.

Thanks, reminds me I have to order a new center cap.
I used up my spare when I lost one this weekend and I heard anoth pop off when driving back to the pit after my cool down lap. I retrieved that one, but it seems I will need some spares.
Annoying that these pop off AFTER the cool down lap. I wonder what that is...
