2011 Detroit Auto Show | 'Spectacular' Porsche concept debut

So we're looking at either a 918 Coupe, a 918 RSR, or a 929, or something else. Personally, I'll be happy with anything Porsche decides to surprise us with, as long as it's not another SUV.
I hope we'll see a 929 type car, that will be refreshed every few years, a bit like the 458 Italia. As previously said, NA with RWD, preferably.

It would make far more sense to make it at slightly less than the 458, compete and sell more.
They won't make money out a limited edition, and makes no sence at all having 2 very top end cars competing with each other. If this is true, and not just a hard top version of the 918 then the price should be right.

I agree with you Woppum. However I think it would even make more sense to build a new 928 coupe on the Panamera platform with a front V8. Basically a Porsche GT 2+2 competing with the DB9, Maser GT and BMW 6.
I'm having a hard time seing the point of this car...
