Post The ultimate exhaust solution for the 997.1 and 997.2 GT3/GT3 RS

The result of hundreds of hours of research and development spanning nearly a year; our system is the ultimate exhaust solution for the 997.1 and 997.2 GT3/ GT3 RS models.

We tried many configurations before arriving here on perfection. Simple rear muffler deletes showed massive low rpm power loss, as did straight pipes off the headers. The only way to get true, repeatable power gains without a loss in the power band (anywhere) was to replace everything. Yes, everything. All while maintaining the AWE Tuning “bolt on” precision mantra for which we are known.

PS. The sound on this is second to none. Gotta hear this.

What were the conditions on the dyno runs? Air temp., humidity, etc.?

Wow, that was a while ago and we have over 150 dyno runs between two different cars!

This was not one day worth of development...

What are you curious to see?

Which way was the wind blowing outside of the garage when you performed these dynos?

I am going to say that this is the best Porsche (non-CGT) exhaust I have heard and exactly what these cars need. Well done.

Well done guys. One of the best and most trustworthy tuners in the business. Anybody can make noise, very few can make power. Congrats on the accomplishment. Folks seeking steak and not just sizzle, this along with Akrapovic and FVD Brombacher is your answer.

Oh, for sure - I totally get that. Just trying to compare the results. There are a few GT3 systems out there (like from Quicksilver, etc.) that make their claims and I'm just trying to get a good comparison. On a turbo or kompressor car, for example, you can find hp in cool dry air, you know?

Anyway, not a dig - just trying to understand exactly what I'm seeing here.
