A very special day (for me) at Porsche
sorry for posting this here, as its not strictly speaking "GT" content. just thought i'd share.
as some of you may know, I was at Stuttgart earlier this week for a GT2RS test drive. this was on a Monday, and the Porsche Museum is normally closed on this day.
But luckily for me, they opened the museum for one hour just for us! So we (a grand total of 4 people) had the entire museum all to ourselves! It was surreal, magical and priceless!

here are some photos i took. instead of taking the "usual" pictures of the cars, I made an attempt to focus on specific details. am no professional photog, and was using a borrowed camera, but i hope this gives a flavor of some of the exquisite details on some of these machines old and new.
and this is the museum workshop where the display cars are prepped and maintained. the 2RS is Andreas Preuninger's personal "office" car, and i was told by someone is the very same car shown in the official Porsche teaser material.
