Having just bought one this week, admittedly in a lower-value color (silver vs. fayence) but about the same mileage, I would say the buy it now price is at current market. Either that or I'm an idiot...hmmm.

F40 is done.......put 75 miles on it this past weekend
Haven't found an RS yet. Rethinking that for now.
Twins born last tuesday.........still at the hospital.......so will wait til they come home before thinking more about cars

I want to Congratulate you on the Twins. Its on thing to congrat someone on a car he got and another on having twins. Nothing more precious than your wife and kids in this world.
