I have an allocation confirmed, August production. Am in the midst of submitting my I-options now.

 

I have a dealer that is working with me, so far I have not been asked for a premium. We'll see how that goes. This being my first Porsche, I am a little unfamiliar with the process though and could use some pointers. So for instance, I have the deposit with the dealer but I don't have a Porsche reference number or car serial number yet. I have been told I would get a Porsche reference number but I honestly don't know how useful that number is or what purpose it serves. Any ideas?

 

That would be your order reference number - confirming your allocation with your specs and that the car is yours (should be 7 digits long). However, the final selling price is still up to the dealer. Hope that helps.

 

Me!! Delivery was June but I asked to delay to September.

I have been allocated one, deep joy!! I am leaning toward white with either black or silver wheels I cannot make my mind up and the configurator images are not much help. Has anyone been able to pick and choose on the red bits?? I don't think I could live with all of it, but maybe a headlining or a handbrake/gear-lever may be a nice touch
