I am actually looking into getting one of their full face helmets... not the Porsche Motorsport but the Martini Racing

Kind of driver? I drive flat-out, and my lines are exquisite...oh that is not what you were asking...lol!

Just a DE day addict, three/four events per month. And as they said in the video, *even* track day enthusiasts deserve world class protection.

Folks spend $$$ on mufflers and wheels and nothing on safety equipment. If you break the car you fix it. If you break your body, it is game over. I see more and more folks at DE wearing HANS and race suits. Seems very smart, why not remove an element of unnecessary risk?

Last event at Laguna Seca a driver in my group lost his brakes at the top of the corkscrew and went into the tire wall at 90 or so mph. It took many minutes to get a safety crew up there and cut him out. What if there was a fire? (car was totaled but thankfully the man was ok)

Lovely helmet, and you can't make a bad choice. I have an Ivos Double Duty (FIA) which has held up very well and is very light so I never have a sore neck like you get from a heavy helmet. Always wear a balaclava to keep inside clean.
