He could have just put the car on a hoist if he wanted to see the beautiful CF undercarriage

Usually an insurance company will total a vehicle if the damages exceed 75% of the vehicles value.

That particular car suffered its demise last summer/fall during that rash of CGT crashes we had up here in the NW. I beleive we lost 4 CGTs in all within a span of a few months. As I recall the car was not repaired.

What a shame... Do you guys that have CGTs try to find the salvages of these cars and try to get spare wheels, interior parts, etc.? I'd think that might be worthwhile, esp. if a lot of the parts are undamaged.
