Unexpected sighting tonight

Points that it's real
-Zoom in you can clearly see red centerlocks
-Caliper placement and size
-the rear diffusor/exhaust/rear lights are just way too accurate
And concerning the length, look how far in the ford escape is in the spot over from it. The "cgt", if that's what we're calling it for now, looks a tad bit longer in the spot than the escape which would probably be about accurate to it's size. The Carrera GT is not a huge car at all. It's not impossible to put aftermarket rims on this car, we've seen some before with other wheels unfortunately.

It's almost at the curb. Looks pretty long.
It does have the stance of a GT.
As shutterspeed said... caliper size/placement. Bingo. Compare to the fake link on page 3.
The fact we are even discussing this means, to me, that it is likely real. Fakes are SOO fake and obvious. The nay-sayers say it doesn't look right but cannot pinpoint why. Whereas on the confirmed-fake, we can point out flaws all day.

Car is indeed REAL. Owner was loading up his trailer yesterday to head to Porsche Parade 2010 in St. Charles, IL this weekend.
I think he put some HREs on it but didn't get a good look because it was already in the covered trailer being carefully tied down for the trip.
Wheels are a recent addition in the past 3 weeks he said. He was stuck driving his 996 TechArt Turbo to our local PCA dinner last night.
