Took these at an all German car show today and thought I took enough to warrant its own thread. This is one of two 997.2 GT3RS's I know of in MN (the other is Aqua Blue/Gold), and the owner confirmed there are 4 RS's around here. I'm going to be in contact with both of the owners I know to try to bring the other two out of hiding for a big shoot. I'll keep you guys posted if it works out.

Yeah, I love it so far! I shot almost an entire wedding at ISO 1000 with it today and the pics are crystal clear. I took all the GT3 pics with the D700 and 50mm f/1.4.

Thanks! Blue/Gold looks amazing too. I'm trying to set up a shoot with one in that color.

I'm really surprised nobody seems to be getting the White/Red combo. Should be interesting when more people are able to order theirs in paint-to-sample colors and more interesting color schemes.

 

White 997.1 GT3 seemed to have been the 'it' color for the 997.1 GT3. Apparently this color (honestly, I don't even know the name b/c I don't care for it at all) is the 'in' color for the .2 RS. Saw this exact combo at Porsche North Scottsdale and it did nothing for me. The car itself on the other hand....
