What services should a 4 year old CGT have had?

What services should a 4 year old CGT have had?
I thought I read that there is a major 4 year service.
I`m looking at a car that has 6 thousand miles.
They said "the oil change has been done on the car every
year since delivery therefore the car does not require any other
major maintenance at this time"
Is this accurate?
