Given this post is not going anywhere yet, during one one of my Pcar euro delivery Grand Tours we were at Weissach at the test track. Factory drivers using a Boxster S, C4S Cab and a Turbo coupe test drives/hot laps etc. All three were out lapping and those of us waiting our turn were in the pit/holding building area.

All the sudden something RIPPED past, and again several more laps. He pulled in the pit, private owner in his GT1, which happened to be silver as posted above. He said he was at the Ring the previous week with the factory guys testing. Someone asked how he had access to both Weissach and "testing" cars with the factory. He smiled and said "you to buy a Gt1, you have certain priveliges". He smiled, got in the GT and ripped a few laps and drove off into the afternoon. Awesome....

Same trip factory driver was taking our tour guide Fredrich on a hot lap, turned the PSM off came out of I believe turn five got up the hill and lost it went through two tire walls and front ended the C4S. Totally played it casual, said it happens once or twice a year.
