I'm with Jamie as well. As much as I'd love to see you drive the wheels off this thing, it sounds like you stumbled upon a once in a lifetime opportunity. The odds of another car in this condition ever surfacing again are near zilch. Save this one for a rainy day and find one that's been "broken in" to drive.

99.9% of the time I would say even if you have a low mileage car, you should drive it; it was what they were meant for. This is a whole different beast though. This is not a low mileage car, this is a NO mileage car. It hasn't been PDI'd. I think I remember you once saying (maybe in a garage thread?) were looking for cars that were unique and collectable - not many cars beat this given its condition and pedigree. I would say you could even try to keep it un-PDI'd, unwrap the outside so it looks nice, leave the inside wrapped and then make a nice little CGT shrine in the corner of your garage. I don't want to presume, but given the other cars you have it seems like it wouldn't be a stretch to buy a CGT with 5k on it and drive the daylight out of it.

Agreed. Racking up the mileage on it is just plain crazy - in 10-15 years from now you'll most definitely find out how you lost more money on those miles you put on than if you had bought a second higher mileage CGT to drive.

I cant believe my eyes!? Are you guys telling mike to put this Beautiful machine away in his garage?? Enjoy it and drive it like it was ment to be driven! In my mind, i cant even imagine why you would buy a car like a CGT and not use it. Even though it only got 11miles on it.
oh, big Congrats to one of the best sportscars ever made!

I would NOT, under any circumstances put ANY miles on it. Surely it is the lowest mileage cgt on the planet and I believe you have a sacred 'car guy' duty to preserve it.
There are lots of higher mile cgt's you can buy to trash to your heart's content, but I'd keep this one pristine.
I plan to buy a sub 1k miler in the next little while to preserve for posterity.

You guys are insane...
Take a minute to think about it...
These days it is extremely rare, daresay nearly impossible, to find a car that is an appreciating asset.
I think it's safe to say that Mike isn't living paycheck to paycheck.
It wouldn't be hard for Mike to purchase a 1k+ driven CGT... The guy can buy 2 well driven CGT'S if he wanted too, one to keep bonestock and the other to mod like crazy - if he wanted too. Both of which he could drive to the ground...
It doesn't matter how much money you have (this isn't directed to Mike...), there is a difference between getting 200% for your investment, opposed to getting 2000% - even if you don't need it.
When the time comes to sell it, there will be a buyer that is willing to pay an additional premium for that baby'd car, opposed to a well-driven one.
Anyways, what good would it serve to Mike by driving the 06 with 10 miles opposed to an 1200 miles?...
