fwiw, the VIN# on the car that was fished out a page or so back and has since been removed denoted it was a 2006 production, not necessarily classified as 2006MY though I am sure.

I'd be interested in finding out but I believe that Vin# posted for a short clip showed it to be a lower number creation like 0158 or something which would actually make it a 2004. That post was pulled quickly though.

Very well may be. But, the VIN# generally dictates how the car must be titled - at least here in the US to my knowledge. Therefore, if it were titled over here, I'm inclined to believe it'd have to be as a 2006 given the VIN#. Not sure how it works overseas.

You could tell us.All CGT's I've ever seen have been 2004 or 2005. Not one ever listed at 2006. Wikipedia does state thru May 2006 production but I'd be willing to bet those are titled as 2005's based off of Order Date from the Dealer and not final production date.
This could be cool if he pulls that off

I know for a fact the VIN is an 06 as the 8th/7th digits back were 6L, 6 for the year of production, L for the plant (Leipzig).
