So EVO are claiming 670hp from stock GT2 turbos - I thought they were giving up on the silly number claims - stock GT2 turbos will flow enough air for about 620hp and at that level they are at the limit.....
Give it a test 200-300kph - 670hp in a GT2 should be around 15.5s.....

Not sure why you would make a comment about "silly number claims" when we back up those numbers on the street and on the strip. I personally ran a 10.98 @ 128 in customers '09 tip cab at the strip, with STOCK turbos.

The GT2 in question has raced and has beaten numerous 700hp cars, one of which, as mentioned earlier in this thread, was the owners personal LPE ZR1.

I am really not motivated to "debate" with you guys...., you can and have produced amazing drag monster motors and kudos for that but 620hp on stock GT2 turbos would be considered stupid in Europe but in Europe engines have to last on the Autobahn and stock GT2 VTGs made to produce these numbers are way into the red zone. The limit for stock GT2 turbos is actually about 620PS on 100RON even if they are held wide open so your 670 is a "silly number" from my experience - others may vary etc......
Also, evoms better last because they are surely put to the test in the ME.
