Wow! Beautiful post! I think Porsche should base the 918 on this same EXACT chassis, with no electric motors. I really love this car in all ways, with or without the body.

It was a fabulous trip today - highlight was undoubtedly the CGT, but there was also a rather lovely 997 GT2 sat next to a new GT3 RS... And a new Boxster Spyder - which I fell in love with. Looks terrific in the flesh. I am sorely tempted to order one this weekend. Couple more (poor quality iPhone) pics for you...

those Spyder's are cool. I don't know why but I like Convertibles looks better top up than top down. Possibly just me but my old Speedster I just loved that way. Wish I still had it but ex-wife deserved it more than me the courts say

If it is of interest, I will go back to Silverstone at some point over the weekend to get some proper pictures of the CGT with my Canon - would that be worthwhile?
