Nope, mine has all silver wheels and still has the protective covers on the inside. Also, less mileage 
There is a cobalt blue one in the UK. Not sure about Lapis Blue.

I know it is a "was", the cobalt is also nice. I've seen a Silver with lipstick red interior it was a 2006 with the CF shift knob. I like the interior of the car with ascot leather, extremely classy.
