That's the big difference between the 4.0 and the 3.8 - it pulls from very down low. It's got plenty torque even at 3000RPM.

To be honest, the gear ratio's and the extra 200cc in engine size doesn't make the 4.0 feel that much slower to the 2RS. On paper I'm sure the 2RS is quicker, but the overall experience makes the 4.0 feel plenty fast.

Interestingly the red alacantara is softer to the touch than the grey/black original stuff for some reason..
