Lets see some pics and info on your current car.

I've been lusting after this for about 6 months:

TOP 555 LTD : 911 GT2 (997)

I think i'll get raped in depreciation though. It'll bottom out at 50k in a few years. Next two years it'll drop to an easy 65.

Josh get a GT2 and mod it with all the new facelift lights, would be sweet.

I don't want to do in 20k of easy depreciation!

gt2urbo: pounds, not dollars!

Shouldn't cost more than 5-10k tops and if I was looking at used GT2s and saw that there was one immaculate with the facelift upgrades it would be worth more to me compared to all the others, maybe it's just me?

I have no idea what you just said!

If i bought one @ 85k now, i wouldn't get more than 65 back in a couple of years.

Add to the fact that the 997.2tt is faster / as fast it makes the GT2 redundant IMO.

Completely disagree with you here Brit. The GT2 is rear wheel drive craziness and a track titan, while the turbo is a transcontinental missile. Then again, I'm not really interested in cars that just cover ground effortlessly.

I haven't got time to check what's faster around the Nurburg: Stock 997 GT2 or 997.2tt?
