How come most of the pics show you stuck behind some wimpy car like a 328 or a Boxster?!

Actually if it was day 1 or day 2, you may very well be right! I had a learning curve (that was thankfully steep) due to multiple pieces of new equipment and new car, and a (210lb) coach riding along for several sessions. So I was passed frequently for a while there.

Day three however the tables were turned and I was the one usually getting the point-by's instead of giving them.

Regardless good fun was had by all.

Mr. Boxster, just for the record, was actually giving me an upwards pointing, index finger, point-by. It just looks a bit like the middle finger. All the folks there were ladies and gentlemen and no one would ever have flipped a bird unless some drastic breach of etiquette occurred.

The event was put on by the Golden Gate Porsche Club and it was really great and friendly group of people!
