Cars come delivered like that - easier to load and unload on/off boat, truck, etc. My previous GT3 RS.1 came like this and lip/splitter was installed during PDI at dealer.

Actually - my May build turned into an April build. So should be a 2010. Checkpoint 8 date (or completion date) of March 23rd. Any day now - my RS should be born. hehehe
