After calling various dealers, it seemed that cars were already spoken
for OR nobody seemed to know when they might get allocated another
car. Nebulous at best!
However, I did find two places that expect to get their cars in within a
month (May delivery) and both places had the configurations I'm looking
for. One of them wanted $10K above MSRP and the other wanted $20K
above MSRP. Imagine that! And, in this economy!!
I've also heard that there are 318 cars allocated to the US. Does
anyone know if this is true?

I think there will only be 220 cars coming to the US. My dealer told me only 200 though... so if that's the case, 10k over is understandable to me.
