Anytime, well the fact that you have the order in proves you can do custom orders with graphics/colors on the RS

The trim won't work INMO because the spokes extend to almost the tip of the lip, right?

It is possible, but the pinstripe will need to be fairly thin.

They actually work. I've seen a 997.2 GT3 in Hockenheim this year (SportsCup) where the old stickers were attached. They are going over the spokes but it was okay.
I'm not a big fan of those but with black rims it isn't that bad - you can see the size of the rims then
