New CGT Owner with some Questions
Greetings to All~
I think I will soon find myself among friends here. Kuzi and Jas speak highly of this site.
Regardless, after a long period of hemming & hawing I recently acquired my long coveted CGT. Silver/Ascot /04 with 3K miles. I'm loving everything about the car as anticipated, but just have a few newbie questions:
1) What cold tire temps are you guys running for street use?
2) On 3 of my 4 wheels, one of the blue or red (depending on side) "teeth" of the center lock mechansim is sitting on the spring loaded stopper that the wheel adaptor depresses when it is fitted for wheel removal. It seems like I perhaps would want the spring loaded device to be resting between 2 of the teeth of the centerlock ring, rather than underneath a tooth. Is this something I need to address? If my post is making no sense, go out and looks at your wheels and you will know what I am talking about!
3) Does anybody actually use the NAV system or cd player? The NAV doesn't seem as intuitive as the system on my E55 daily driver, so I don't feel any great need to learn how to use it unless you guys tell me it is a great system. Thankfully, I doubt any of us take too many trips in our CGT's where we don't know where we are going!!
Thanks to all for your input. Looking forward to hanging out here!
