Whats a fair price to offer for a used RS?
I honestly feel my local dealership is just leading me on with my allocation. So I know someone who paid 35k over thats willing to sell his for his new incoming GT2. He is willing to give me first dibs on his car and I would like to know what is a fair price to offer him. I know he would like to come out almost even to what he paid since some people paid 40-50k 8 months ago to get such a car. The car has a 138k sticker and has all the important options I like. Its orange ,1400 miles, owned by a collector not abused, pccb,leather and xenon. Thanks in advance.

150k sounds great but I dont think there is no way he would consider specially its orange. If it was black or silver maybe. I have not found any below 160k. I dont want to be a lowballer but I dont want to be a sucker as well.

market for that car, 1400 miles, orange, pccbs is probably 20 to 25 over, maybe more if he wants to hold out. 1400 is still LOW miles;
the real issue i think is whether it actually has pccbs. i have had a few RS's and i dont recall ANY having pccbs under140. especially since the orange , if i recall from my orange, like the white was an upcharge. to me, the 138 sounds like orange without pccbs. i could very well be wrong, but i'm thinking if sticker is 138, no pccbs.
160 probably owns the car.

I am really surprised how expensive the GT3RS are in the United States, the dealers and owners are commanding alot of money when you can get a GT3 non RS for msrp. The RS I saw over here costed around 145 thousand usd with PCCB's, full carbon , deviated stitching, clubsport package, non sunroof and loaded to the max.

The RSs are definitely going to take a nose dive in value, at least in the short term. I would hold off until the prices become more realistic.
