Is that a stock steering wheel?

I am surprised bc of the red stitching - different from the rest of the vehicle and the CF...

Thanks All, for the comments. The turbo had to go to make room for the GT3. Steering wheel is a TechArt w/MA Carbon trim from the turbo, really love the feel of this wheel.
I'll miss the turbo but the GT3 will lessen the pain
