my sentiments exactly...I think the 993 is so much sexier than the 996, but from my understanding a few street versions were created for the 993

I feel sick right now.
I don't remember anything like this ever happening to me before. I am simply lost for words.
I had no idea, none, zilch, zero, nada that a 993 gt1 even existed. I don't think I have ever heard or seen a picture of one.
Not to blow my own trumpet, but this never happens. All the cars that alzilla knows the name of, I at least feel like I have seen a picture before, or have heard of them.
then this? and a porsche? and a 993? I honestly feel as though somebody just invented this car. I feel embarassed and relieved. Its like discovering you have a twin brother after 30 years... you are glad that you do, but you regret all the time that you missed without him.
And to top it all of... it is quite simply the coolest car I have ever seen. the boxster lights on the 996 gt1 always disgusted me.. this is perfection.

Two, both white, one in the Porsche collection (as far as I know) and one in the US, was for sale for a long time, don't know if it still is.
