AMAZING ! The GT3 driver was magnificent. Why can't the Viper blow by the GT3 in the long straight near the end of the vid ? Weight difference ?

GT3 cars (like most series in racing), are handicapped to give cars fairly equal power to weight ratios. The typical racing Viper weighs close to 3,000 lbs and its engine has restrictors that keep it down to 550-ish hp. The GT3 probably weighs around 2,500 lbs and it has around 450 hp.

I'm not sure that Viper is a GT3, its more like GT2 Class competition...

The Viper was intentionally keeping the GT3 in front.
