Post Porsche Carrera GT by Konigseder

Austrian tuner Königseder has released a new body kit for the discontinued Porsche Carrera GT. The GT was and still is the most powerful Porsche ever built even though production stopped in 2006 after a three-year run.

The Königseder kit features alloy wheels and a deeper exhaust note. A new front end featuring a redesigned front bumper that makes a sharp statement of performance. Chunky side skirts give the car a wider and more aggressive look. The rear end has a new bumper, extra air vents, a larger air diffuser and a large fixed rear wing.

The tuner opted to keep the factory 5.7-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine that produces 612bhp (457kW) and 590Nm of torque. Fitted to the standard Carrera GT it helped it go from 0 - 60mph in 3.8 seconds with a top speed rated at 330km/h.

Personally I wish these tuning corps would leave the CGT alone

So you have to figure that that would cost you at least 50K. AT LEAST. Figure the tooling to make the parts would be over 200K. So they need 4 of these to exist just to break even, why? Doesn't seem like a smart decision to me

This is the ugliest one yet! The front is all blocky and doesn't flow with the smooth lines of the rest of the car and why the heck did they add a 2nd wing?! What really makes me mad is the fact that I love that shade of orange, especially on a stock CGT, yet every single tuner seems to paint these hideous CGTs that color and I now hate it every time I see that color. What a shame.

The only subtle visual add ons that caught my eyes are the ones that Techart has for the CGT. Not So much on that wheel paint.
