I get to practice smoothness in my 996 GT2.

I can totally see how people without any HPDE and a heavy foot could get in a lot of trouble in this car in the rain.

You can go sideways easily in 2nd gear making a slight turn at 25mph.

Oh, and since this is the first day of rain, the road is ultra slick, and the car likes to wonder even going straight.

Makes for a very exciting drive to and from work today. Certainly much more exciting than either the E30 or the S4.

I think the GT2 would be too much for me in the dry I bet in the wet I'll on top of a kerb in no time

 

There's nothing like going sideways at 25mph in second gear.

 

What tires are you running?

 

Stock Michelin Pilots.

I am not complaining, the tires are plenty sticky in the dry.
