There's a thread on F-chat that suggests these sorts of incidents are all too common at the Collection.
I think the owner also recently got a beautiful white/black stripe & wheel GT3RS.

You guys might or might not remember from a few years back when I took my M3 in for an oil change at a dealer and this was the result.
After BMW's botched handling of the whole thing, I decided to switch camp and got the Turbo, and then traded the Turbo in for the GT2.
Hopefully PNA will handle the issue better than BMW did.
