list price for a GT2 is around $300k
insurance on that would run around 2%
an R8 is around $215k
a GTR around $150k
so you can see that while much more expensive than in the US in absolute terms, the relative difference in prices aren't the same
cars are expensive over here... but still cheap compared to elsewhere in the region.
a GT2 lists for around $500k in Malaysia, and $600k in Singapore
a basic Cayman lists for roughly $200k in Singapore!
so next time you complain about prices... remember how good y'all have it in the US of A!
