Here's an interesting tidbit...the original USA ordering guide for the CGT. Every option is listed as a $0 option...except we know that painted wheels and paint to sample were definitely "cost" options !

A couple of "options" that came with my car were cost "options" as well. But I don't see them on the list.

1. Seat belts in body color
2. Extra thick steering wheel

right you are, and the CF gearshift and CF steering wheel were also options as well IIRC. Can't think of anything else right now....

Porsche C/F gearshift knob is $661. Apparently an OEM part. I can't find the price of the steering wheel. However a very similar C/F steering wheel can be had from Gemballa for roughly $1500. I'm contemplating ordering it, but hesitant since my car came with the optional "thicker" steering wheel.

where can you order the CF gearshift knob from?? I went to the dealer to try and order one and they didnt have it in their system, only the wood one
