im just guessing but with that red screen in the bumper im going to go out on a limb and say...may be a rear bumper upgrade. But who knows because it also has what looks to be a red/grey paint sceme which was on 997.2 also has the red mirrors and the later model tails so you may be correct in saying its a 997.2 with the early gt3 wing.

Tough one, side mirrors seem small though so my gues its an upgraded rear bumper, looks good

Yeah I'd say it's probably a 997.1 GT3 with the 997.2 bumper upgrade but that seems kind of suspect even then because the GT3 is a narrow body and the GT3 RS is a widebody so my guess would be that it's a 997.1 GT3 RS with the 997.2 GT3 RS bumper upgrade only.
