Saw this earlier, along with a GT2 a little afterwards. Check the GT2 thread for pics of that.
And yes, that is toilet paper infront of his rear wheel. Why? I don't know, but I removed it for him. lol

Looks like someone who isnt really careful with their car, look how close he is to the curb, plus parking next to someone when there are free spots if you scooch over, not to mention the TP!
