The car is supposed to look a bit racy and loud... so I guess Porsche was just jazzing it up. Either way, I'm sure some owners will customize it however they want. I am imagining an all black car with gold wheels, and just simple gold 4.0 logos on it.

 

I agree. Actually I liked that additional decal in most pictures. I couldn't tell if the bumper actually took on a 3D look to it. Now it is clear that it is just a decal, and that's what I think makes it look cheaper rather than more aggressive. If that decal were even just a bolted on plastic/CF piece (like the new piece next to it) then I would love it.
