I'd get a sunroof on my GT3. If I were worried about a few lbs (and yes, up top, which I for sure wouldn't notice) then I would get the RS. Unless you're a track rat and/or concerned about the max performance, the sunroof makes street driving more pleasant. I like the sunlight/breeze.

+1. Love the sunroof on my '07 GT3, have never driven the car with it closed.

I can't fit in a sunroof equipped GT3 w/helmet, so my decision is made for me. That and I've gotten over having one due to the carbon roof on my M3.
