Interesting photo of the blue car. The front fenders look good. It almost looks like a blue cup car. But, the rear is more RS looking. Where did pic come from?

I found it on flickr and the person who took it was just taking random pictures of cars on the Karussell. It also looks lowered, so it might be a cup car, but still, it doesn't look exactly like one. It looks like an Aqua/Red custom RS.
