I showed my wife that ...she didnt think it was funny.<G> It highlights her #1 beef with me, which is that if something iisnt in my wheelhouse, its like it doesnt exist....like our anniversary, like her birthday, like when her parents come to visit, like when she's tellme about her day, the kids' playdates....
its funny, i really do try to listen. i love her to death. we mus tbe wired differently.
like i was telling someone , shell be there telling me, "you know, thats what ticks me off. if you or your cars or your bikes hav ethe littlest issue, you go full tilt till its fixed. but g-d forbid i ask u to meet my folks for lunch, you have 9 other things more important. Do you think thats fair ?"
at which i point i usually say something like, "huh, sweetie, were you talking to me?"
