Just completed another GMG World Challenge (WC-GT3) street/track car for a client.
Upgrade include:

those are not center locks -- just a cap that looks like a center lock... check out the lug holes...
Fab -- first time I have seen the reverse mudflaps... what are those meant to do?

Correct PJS
Those arent center locks, its center wheel cap, the wheel itself is the same wheel we run on our World Challenge cars.
As far as the splitter extensions on the front of the bumper those are airfoils that direct air around the tire, this is a 265 front tire and the bumper is stock but the fender its self is flaired.
The airfoil is there to direct air around the front tire and improve front end bite.
This has been proven effective on our World Challenge Cars.
