There are lots of guys who claim to have bought them at list. I suspect anyone who pays over list will have a precious short time to recoup their investment, otherwise prices will start their inevitable fall below list.

I think the market is flooded with them, MSRP before '09 for sure.

A good friend of mine was just offered a black one at MSRP and another black one from a different part of the country $10k over.

I will tell you I wouldn't sell mine for over MSRP ... this car is the best thing on the road in my opinion, I just can't get enough time in this thing!!!!!!!!!
