I really love the seats. Other then that, rather underwhelming.

What direction they are going after? SLK was already a failure, suppose they could learn something from that... However, maybe the car looks better in real life, but have more doubts in my mind.... don't know what direction they are heading towards? exotic R8 or classic 911 or supercar 458? This seems like a missing-link.....

What on earth were they thinking? This thing looks like a fish! Not really liking benz's new design scheme for the front, only car I feel that really pulled it off is their 2012 CLS. Those headlights dont go on their "highclass" roadster

 

Wow, I'm really surprised by the response. I think this new SL looks great. The new SLKs nose was far too big and awkward, but putting it on the bigger body of the SL works for me.

The previous model's similar front end on the old body didn't work for me either. I think this looks like the SLS with a slightly more feminine touch.

Now, they really need to stick a diesel engine in here - V6, c.300bhp or so to challenge the 640d.

 

but the Interior looks hot!
