2012 cls550

Has anyone driven the 2012 CLS550?

I am cross shopping it against the BMW 550i M Sport (which I would Dinan chip) for my next car.

Yeah they're quoting 2-3 weeks here in S.FL. From their youtube videos, it appears MB of Westminster already has it.

Sounds like the CLS63 would be a better comparison. I have (wife's car) an E550 and I sure wouldn't compare it to a BMW 550 M Sport and it's got the same engine for the most part. However with that said I would still pick a CLS550 all day over a BMW which has been pretty lazy when it comes to design changes over the past decade. JMO.

^ Even with the 500hp Dinan Stage 1 upgrade, the BMW 550i M-sport is less than the CLS550. CLS63 is considerably more.

CLS550 does have the new 4.6 Turbo V8.
