CLS for sure. MB uses Sheikh Zayed Road a lot for its testing, in addition to some areas in Deira, near Nasser Square.
My dad saw a heavily disguised Maybach way back in the day, and the traffic was so clogged up, he actually went up to the driver and asked him what car it was. His reply was a heavily accented Maeybaakh
